Okay, guess they changed the format. I don't use Arch anymore, just update my remaining packages through Cygwin.
I can still check things like this also. I don't know at which point I drop my remainders, but just ping me about https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/?K=Det&SeB=M and we'll talk about it.

Looks like the AWK expression on
$ curl -sL https://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64/repodata/other.xml.gz | gzip -df | awk -F\" '/pkgid/{ sub(".*-","",$4); print $4": "$10 }'
is not working anymore. I don't know why.

Anybody having issues with keyboard shortcuts not working on the latest version? Not sure if it's Chrome or something else.
EDIT: I fixed this by opening a new window from the menu and closing the existing windows. The existing windows, for some reason, weren't working, but new windows were. Weird bug!

@dschaefer79 In my case moving Google Chrome on top of the list in KDE Plasma -> System Settings -> Applications -> File Associations -> application/xhtml+xml resolved the issue.

zerophase flagged google-chrome out-of-date on 2018-10-26 for the following reason:
Chrome notifies an update is out.
Let it. There isn't.
Either it's an extension scamming you, or you don't have 70.0.3538.77. You have complete instructions right there how to check the latest versions. You could've even downloaded/verified the MD5 yourself.

When reporting this package as outdated make sure there is indeed a new version for Linux Desktop. You can have a look at the "Stable updates" tag in Release blog for this.
You can also run this command to obtain the version string for the latest chrome version:
Do not report updates for ChromeOS, Android or other platforms stable versions as updates here.
