I've deleted the file and repeated the process a few times. Very weird the checksum doesn't match up!
Could you please review to confirm what's wrong?
Thank you!

Anyone got an issue loading their user profile after latest update? :(
Edit: nevermind, after starting chrome with --disable-extensions, then without again, it loaded fine again. Weird.

After last update on every start I need to set it as a default browser, even if it is. Plasma5, tried to reset Chrome and confirmed it as a default browser.

Don't believe so. Is chrome crashing for you?
yakshaver commented on 2017-02-21 00:47 (UTC)
Is anyone else getting a segfault on every first page load?
Det commented on 2017-02-03 20:11 (UTC)
Aaah, sorry, too careless. Fixed.

When reporting this package as outdated make sure there is indeed a new version for Linux Desktop. You can have a look at the "Stable updates" tag in Release blog for this.
You can also run this command to obtain the version string for the latest chrome version:
Do not report updates for ChromeOS, Android or other platforms stable versions as updates here.
