Thanks, unfortunate timing then.

For reference, with Gnome shell / wayland I need to

unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME
unset QT_QPA_PLATFORM

to avoid

Google Earth has caught signal 6.

The panoramio window (where you see pictures after clic on it) is broken on the latest upgrade... :( It shows a title about the picture location, and nothing else... BTW, do you have the previous pkgbuild to revert it?

I got it but only ld-lsb 3-4. I upgraded to ld-lsb-3-5 and it worked. thank you

Det commented on 2013-05-01 10:34 (UTC)

Sure you got ld-lsb?

@Det: Yes that's the same. I have already tried something like that. that's really weird

No I don't have it in the cache. I tried to delete the ~/.drirc file (it was empty) like described in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=161677 but it don't works. I also tried to rename the /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-fonts-persian.conf but without surprise (your package handle this problem) it is not better.

Det commented on 2013-04-29 19:24 (UTC)

Don't you have it in /var/cache/pacman/pkg/?

It is possible to downgrade to 7.0 ? The old packages don't work because it download the 7.1 version and detects a checksum error.

@RaphAstronome, it's a known bug with 7.1: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/earth/HU5sNXOU9r8 @solstice, does it work with this?: http://pastebin.com/MxzFeQQ7

I have this rather odd error: /usr/bin/google-earth: line 26: ./googleearth-bin: No such file or directory but there IS such a file so I don't understand why I got this problem
