Package seems to lack the systemd service

@ashnur python-argparse package causes blueprint-compiler to break (

Removing it will let the lact package build fine.

@yochananmarqos: Thanks, I've added the split package.

yochananmarqos commented on 2024-01-22 18:39 (UTC)

@IlyaZ: I've made it a split package with the Libadwaita version separate, see my updated PKGBUILD linked below.

@yochananmarqos i've updated the package with the improvements (except enabling the libadwaita feature, i feel like the default package shouldn't include it)

@IlyaZ: Please see Rust package guidelines and my improved PKGBUILD

Could be anything. Usually outdated cache, unusual config, or conflicting packages.

ashnur commented on 2023-12-27 16:09 (UTC)

thanks @xiota, clean chroot worked, I just wish I knew what the actual problem is with my install since everything seems to be in order and I don't tend to change too many things in the defaults

xiota commented on 2023-12-27 15:11 (UTC)

Try building in a clean chroot.

I have updated my system (also did a reboot), don't have anything weird in place of blueprint-compiler nor python-gobject but I still get this error when trying to install lact
