EOL since 2015. Also the required Google Hangouts backend has been shut down in 2022.

This actually carries out the compilation in package_libhangish-git(). Compilation should be carried out in build(), you need to add make after the cmake call. Please fix.

Please add provides=("libhangish"), conflicts=('libhangish').
