If the package is outdated, just flag it so and I'll be informed. Also, this PKGBUILD doesn't use Git as a download source.

2.4.3_03 is out :) Btw. you should check /usr/share/pacman/PKGBUILD-git.proto and https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VCS_PKGBUILD_Guidelines on how to make a correct PKGBUILD when using GIT as download source.

I transferred the Git history from xConStruct's GitHub repository to my own today and updated the PKGBUILD to the latest version. In addition to this, I also sat down with the XDG Desktop Entry Specification and created a .desktop file for MCPatcher. After updating to 2.4.2_03-2, you should see "MCPatcher" in your "Games" menu. Let me know if you encounter any issues with this.

New GitHub home will be https://github.com/Freso/PKGBUILDs/mcpatcher as soon as I've transferred history from xConStruct's repository. :)

2.4.0 was out since at least Minecraft 1.2.5 and yesterday Version 2.4.1 was released. Too bad, that this is still on 2.3.7 … https://github.com/downloads/pclewis/mcpatcher/mcpatcher-2.4.1_02.jar
