As 2022-07-13 15:40 JST, this package fails to build because the branch indicated in the PKGBUILD on the line 23:

source=("$pkgname::git+https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan.git#branch=2.6.52"
        'openswan.service')

cannot be found.

A work around was to change it to an existing branch such as:

source=("$pkgname::git+https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan.git#branch=2.6.53dev"
        'openswan.service')

then run makepkg -si

Hope this helps.

You may want to include https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan/pull/447. Otherwise "self-proposal" errors may occur as seen in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=253434.

Change source=("$pkgname::git+https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan.git#branch=2.6.52dev"

to

source=("$pkgname::git+https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan.git#branch=2.6.52"

in PKGBUILD

Doesn't compile:

Cloning into 'openswan-git'... done. fatal: 'origin/2.6.50dev' is not a commit and a branch 'makepkg' cannot be created from it
