New phpstorm-eap released (126.260). ffcab97cf276d921d9ba399daa1ee24c PhpStorm-EAP-126.260.tar.gz Also, please fix PKGBUILD with the mentioned fix by masser, it works for me as expected as well (no outdated fsnotifier warning).

Stripping the fsnotifier debug symbols causes notices of outdated native FileWatcher. Could the maintainer please add options=(!strip) to the MAKEPKG?

Rebuilded, implemented features as requested by @bcremer. I checked out pycharm packages and they are also conflict free. I suppose we can implement same feature as well also. Please report if this will cause any problems in future, we can revert to version with conflict set-up anytime.
