I extract the tar.gz to ~/Downloads/; cd to ~/Downloads/pix; run makepkg -si Build starts. Fails at the previous mentioned error. Is there a log file I can share or something.

darthpenguin, can you provide any more detail about this issue? I can't reproduce the failure in or outside of a clean chroot.

You can add arch armv7h to PKGBUILD

Batou, I'm unable to reproduce the same issue on 1.6.2 with everything up-to-date and as far as I can tell there were very few to no functional changes from 1.4.5/1.6.0/1.6.1 if any of those versions were working. If you find something missing, please let me know, but I have reviewed this briefly and don't see any obvious problems with the build.

It doesn't start anymore. It builds fine but there's no window of any kind. No errors either.
