@geosam Thanks! I've never heard about "reload" and it helped. Build was ok :) Best regards Robert

@d7rk and @paneves, should use the version 2 of OpenCV.

@kuszi, like It seems to be a case of updating the gdal library. Please first uninstall SAGA saga with: > pacman -Rc saga-gis and then recompile from the AUR package. Run SAGA-GIS and reload the libraries.

Hello! I've been using SAGA fora while with no problem on Arch. Today I've realized that GDAL/OGR is missing... saga_cmd --version SAGA Version: 2.2.7 I have gdal/ogr installed, for sure: GDAL 2.1.0, released 2016/04/25 I wanted to import Geotiff. I've searched for gdal using module search tool but no hit. BTW: What is this error? Is it critical anyway? -----------------------------------------------: 1:44:38: Warning: Mismatch between the program and library build versions detected. The library used 3.0 (wchar_t,compiler with C++ ABI 1009,wx containers, compatible with 2.8), and your program used 3.0 (wchar_t,compiler with C++ ABI 1010,wx containers, compatible with 2.8). Compile/build? install is ok (I've dwnloaded the PKGBUILD and used makepkg) What else to check? Thanks Robert

@geosam : same issue as paneves. Do you mean we have to remove opencv (3) to install opencv2? They are conflicting. Cheers,

Thanks @paneves for the report. I updated the latest version of SAGA GIS, please note that the package requires OpenCV2.

Build fails without webkitgtk2, so it should be added as a dependency. It is not covered by the wxgtk dependency, as webkitgtk2 is only an optional dependency of wxgtk.
