Updated package to pull sources from develop branch as master only contains released changes.

suscan git tree now uses cmake instead of autoconf, so the PKGBUILD needs an update.

Please change version of this package (and corresponding pkgver function) like described here
Also it seems like current list of deps is: fftw3 sndfile SoapySDR libxml libtool automake autoconf
May be it's worth to check up this

Could you add "git" to makedepends?
