git-cola also compiles with 'python-pyqt6' instead of 'python-pyqt5'. I checked, it runs without python-pyqt5 installed, when python-pyqt6 is installed I suggest to change the dependency. Maybe neither is needed, since qtpy would probably need either of the two. Didn't check that though.

@yochananmarqos: Interesting. Thanks, I looked at my makepkg.conf (that I also use for makechrootpkg) and found a long forgotten hack that seemingly interferes with those tests :-)

There is a number of changes that could be made: some deps are missing and some are obsolete, tests could be run and more docs could be built.
