albert is no longer working and i can't delete or reinstall it. good luck trying to get anyone to respond on github. this program is basically useless now because i can't install or remove it.

when i try to remove it it says the package is corrupted invalid pgp key. is the key just out out date or expired?

It looks like albert config changed from ~/.config/albert/albert.conf to ~/.config/albert.conf, I am not sure why.

I have opened https://github.com/albertlauncher/albert/issues/1191 upstream, but I don't see any relevant changes in albert that would have led to this - maybe some Qt6 change?

do you have applications plugin enabled? https://i.imgur.com/9h1sTwL.png I found that you can accidentally disable it

Since the last update, Albert stopped showing any apps when typing the name. Any idea why?

@phunni v0.18 is more like a major version update. Just reconfigure it in the GUI using your options in the previous config file.

Has anyone else had an issue with albert thinking they're new users and forcing them to redo their config? How do you get past it?

Can you please add the cmake MinSizeRel build flag?

Due to the git 2.38.0-1 -> 2.38.1-1 update, file protocols aren't allowed by default anymore.

git submodule update needs to be changed to git -c protocol.file.allow=always submodule update.
