virtualbox plugin is linked against VBoxXPCOM.so which is provided by virtualbox package. Also it requires VirtualBox_XPCOM.h header which is provided by virtualbox-sdk package.

Actually namcap literally says

albert W: Referenced library 'VBoxXPCOM.so' is an uninstalled dependency

but since this plugin is optional *.so will be never loaded if you didn't enable the plugin, it's an optional dependency. But both of them are required during package building. For more info kindly check its source code https://github.com/albertlauncher/plugins/tree/master/virtualbox

Unflagging package. For the one without virtualbox dependency there is https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/albert-minimal/

Are you guys idiots? virtualbox is an optional dependency, and it specifically says why it's needed: "VirtualBox plugin". Additionally virtualbox and virtualbox-sdk are make dependencies, most likely so the VirtualBox plugin can be built against it. You can inspect the PKGBUILD for christ's sake. "This is definitely suspicious"...
