@mkzero, it might be a good idea to call this package bitwig-studio instead of bitwig-studio-demo, since the program acts like a demo without a license, or full-featured otherwise. They also don't make different versions on the download page at http://www.bitwig.com/en/download.

There's an error into PKGBUILD file, in the 1.1.8 release package bitwig-studio.png was renamed as Bitwig Studio.png

Regarding MIDI: Use the following script in combination with the right jackd midi routing: http://www.bitwig.com/en/community/control_scripts/alsa/virtualmidi/virtualmidi_1.html

mkzero, why don't you call this bitwig-studio?

mkzero: I'll try that, thanks. I'll post here any solution I found, just in case ;)

earn: Maybe have a look at http://answers.bitwig.com/ .. Or you could contact their support via that online form on their website.

mkzero: still, the MIDI is not working for me :/ In or Out, Bitwig just does'nt see MIDI output nor gets MIDI input notes or message. Do you have where I might look, as the forums look a little bit crowded, in a bad way.

schef: Updated. But please use the out-of-date function the AUR provides the next time, that sends notifications, too. I try to update the package as fast as I can(usually only a few hours) and I at least need to test the build before uploading it.. ;)
