Thanks, unfortunate timing then.

For reference, with Gnome shell / wayland I need to

unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME
unset QT_QPA_PLATFORM

to avoid

Google Earth has caught signal 6.

No. Rebuild it and have a look.

If this is what you mean by 'post install': NOTE: The binary is called 'google-earth' then it doesn't tell me anything I didn't know.

Det commented on 2012-04-05 21:44 (UTC)

Uhh.. you still getting it after doing what's said in the post install?

When will the crash with signal 11 (segfault) be corrected??

Det commented on 2012-03-30 12:16 (UTC)

More of a Wiki thing but whatever.

TheJJ commented on 2012-03-29 15:52 (UTC)

crashed on startup with signal 11, i had to add a new line in ~/.drirc with echo "" >> ~/.drirc maybe you could integrate this command in the post_install/upgrade scripts

Det commented on 2012-03-13 16:30 (UTC)

I _could_. But that would defeat the purpose of not doing it.

Wow, there is no more black pieces of blocks on the earth map. Thank you very much. BTW, could you please change the version from 6.2.1.6014-1 to 6.2.1.6014-2 or something different?

Det commented on 2012-03-13 14:56 (UTC)

Wow. It took _ages_ to run that thing on the .pkg.tar.xz so congrats for your patience. There was a lot of redundant/misleading stuff of course but I've fixed the rest (nothing too serious, though, so still not bumping the pkgrel). Didn't see your Qt thing, though. You probably just deleted those or something.
