Nice catch. Added inetutils and bc to makedepends.

also, ths might be of interest: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/34600 something about kmod and inetutils and bc.

finally found it! at first i thought that MAKEFLAGS="-j4" option is the problem, so i commented it out. oddly enough, i receided another error message, not about xfs, but about missing bc command. after installing bc everyhting is fine, j4 or not. so, it looks like bc is needed to build 3.9 kernel... https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=70730bca1331fc50c3caacaea00439de1325bd6e

Hmm...I got nothing. And I'm using xfs on two of my hard drives.Builds and runs fine. Try a clean build and all options to default.

Slip of the mouse. Mistake of course :) Fixed.
