I patched the PKGBUILD to make it work: http://pastie.org/private/d62f9zjjsrijrcrdu58qg
And you'll need this patch as well: http://pastie.org/private/6xavfihkw9tjnpsf4xaddw

Updated PKGBUILD with latest CVS guidelines. Let me know if you have any other issues. Thanks for reporting.

@cbab: Could you please update the PKGBUILD script according to the link mmm posted or as explained in the Archlinux wiki pages?
http://allanmcrae.com/2012/08/changes-to-vcs-packaging-support-in-makepkg/
llvm revisions change minutely and if you build this llvm-svn package as it is, you will just get revision 177654 as mentioned in the PKGBUILD, instead of rev 183410.
If you need help updating the build script, just tell and I'll have it a try.

@TDKPS:
This was a bug upstream in LLDB, which is now filed:
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=16183
Hopefully it should be fixed in less than a couple of weeks.

Not yet ...
Trying to get in touch with lldb developers to figure out what's going wrong.

When you have this package installed applications that are built against repo-llvm/clang WILL fail unless they are rebuild against this package.
This includes QTCreator, kdevelop , mesa, intel-compute-runtime, gnome-builder to name a few.

I've looked good at clang-trunk , llvm-svn, repo llvm/clang packages and think this package is now on route to become a worthy successor to llvm-svn .
llvm-libs-git holds the runtime libraries.
llvm-git
The Package now uses a new environment variable to make ninja behave, NINJAFLAGS. If you want to use it adjust the snippet below to your desired values and add it to makepkg.conf.
Incase you are satisfied with ninja defaults you don't need to do anything.
The check() function fails rather often, but I do suggest to build with them. If build fails due to test failure you can add --nocheck to skip the tests.
