@Bohdanator you need to install both packages at the same time with 'pacman -U'.

Det: nvidia does not include header files in the packages anymore. It's up now to packagers to decide whether provide them or not and to obtain them. Btw, the required changes are obvious from the link that Hilinus provided.

256.53 stable driver release. This driver release doesn't really bring anything different from the 256.52 driver.

Have you pacman -Syu'd lately? Can you post the full dmesg log to pastebin? A problem with depmod?

No I don't have multi kernels and yes I've tried reinstalling it again
