It is possible that there is an error with the openjpeg library. To correct:

  1. Uninstall the obsolete version of openjpeg 1.5.2.
  2. Install the new openjpeg2 version
  3. Recompile ossim with the fix
  4. Recompile GDCM without openjpeg support.

Nope sorry still don't get it. There is no orfeo-toolbox folder in ~/.cache/yay/

  • Rebuild gdcm and ossim
  • Install insight-toolkit4
  • Add in PKGBUILD:

-DITK_DIR=/opt/insight-toolkit4 \ -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/opt/insight-toolkit4 \

Please use the insight-toolkit4 instead of the itk4. Correctly compiles the dependency.
