Well after compiling the latest commit from github (https://github.com/manjaro/pamac/commit/4c0795fc1b436bd2c353ff4ab3229f1b02e8c988) the "search in aur" problem is solved.

since aur-repo switched on august 8th (i guess), pamac can't be used if "search in aur" is activated https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/45944

pamac-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libgnutls.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory EDIT: Manual reinstall from AUR fixes soname mismatch. Please unflag out of date.

There is a new pkgbuild v2.3 that handle with vala 0.28 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/manjaro/packages-extra/master/pamac/PKGBUILD

@Matthew_Moore Install 'downgrade' from AUR. Terminal; 'downgrade vala' choose the one you need.
