This package has new dependencies on pantheon-settings-daemon and pantheon-dock, which are not currently provided by any official repository.

One way to build this (in a clean chroot, without an AUR helper) would be to build packages providing them from the AUR first, then build it against them:

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pantheon-settings-daemon-git.git
$ cd pantheon-settings-daemon
$ makechrootpkg -c -r $CHROOT
# pacman -U --asdeps pantheon-settings-daemon-git-1.0.0.r18.e4b709d-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst 
$ cd ..
$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pantheon-dock-instctl-git.git
$ cd pantheon-dock-instctl-git
$ makechrootpkg -c -r $CHROOT
# pacman -U --asdeps pantheon-dock-instctl-git-r2179.4a0b6af-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst 
$ cd ..
$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pantheon-session-git
$ cd pantheon-session-git
$ makechrootpkg -c -r $CHROOT -I ../pantheon-settings-daemon-git/pantheon-settings-daemon-git-1.0.0.r18.e4b709d-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst -I ../pantheon-dock-instctl-git/pantheon-dock-instctl-git-r2179.4a0b6af-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Won't install, crebere-bzr is missing ==> Install or build missing dependencies for pantheon-session-bzr: error: target not found: cerbere-bzr

Maybe it would be better to have wingpanel-bzr and slingshot-launcher-bzr in depends(), if only to simplify installation. Also, why not pull in plank(-bzr) as well? Before the recent changes I made to the wiki page, it incorrectly said that this package would pull wingpanel-bzr, slingshot-launcher-bzr, and plank-bzr.

@jeyhun660: It's all in the name, install wingpanel and switchboard. BTW, those are probably errors on slingshot-launcher, not on this package.

Since they branched upstream, there are no new updates for those pantheon bzr builds. Could someone correct this? Or do I have to use git packages?

I don't know what you mean, these are all git packages, there's nothing to upgrade.

This PKGBUILD is out of date... The file "debian/pantheon.desktop" does not exist in the repository http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elementary-os/elementaryos/pantheon-xsession-settings/files/head:/debian/
