Hi! I made a bin32 version of this package, to use with 32 bits plugins. When doing this, I tested it building in a clean chroot, I needed to put mesa to makedepends, and namcap say that libxxf86vm is already satisfied and really is, even removing it from depends array it got pulled. So, I think that is safe to remove the libxxf86vm from depends and add mesa to makedepends (for gl.h header).
