@yochananmarqos That's weird. It works fine for me when I put sndcpy.sh in ~/.local/bin and the directory is under $PATH variable

yochananmarqos commented on 2022-10-24 15:18 (UTC)

@kumax: I'm not following. It can't find it in /usr/bin/, either.

Lehmaning commented on 2022-10-24 12:24 (UTC)

@yochananmarqos Just putting sndcpy.sh under the $PATH variable takes effects.

yochananmarqos commented on 2022-10-14 18:38 (UTC)

@kumax: I tried installing sndcpy.sh in /opt/qtscrcpy/, but it isn't finding it:

"AudioOutput::" "/usr/bin/bash: sndcpy.sh: No such file or directory\n"

Lehmaning commented on 2022-10-14 16:16 (UTC)

@yochananmarqos According to the source code, QtScrcpy uses its own script named sndcpy.sh just for calling the sndcpy app to enable audio forwarding. Neither vlc nor ffplay is used, and the audio output is handled by qtaudio. That means sndcpy-bin is not a dependancy...Maybe I made you got confused, sorry.

yochananmarqos commented on 2022-07-27 14:49 (UTC)

@kumax: It already is.

Lehmaning commented on 2022-07-27 13:47 (UTC)

There is an optional dependency of qtscrcpy, sndcpy.

yochananmarqos commented on 2022-04-09 15:31 (UTC)

The docs are now split into a separate package, qtscrcpy-docs.

@missingSleepDeps @PeterAjaaa: Since the project is not ready for Qt6 yet, I've made the requested adjustment.

@PeterAjaaa: Good grief, that is convoluted and unnecessary. Please delete your comment.
