@yochananmarqos, thanks for reverting! However I tried to use the pkgbuild 1.12.0 and just changed to 1.12.1, updpkgsums then makepkg -crs and it works perfectly! See https://imgur.com/a/b2zACoe I use cinnamon DE.

@spsf64: 1.12.1 is broken and I can't figure out why. Neither can the developer. I reverted back to 1.12.0-2. Technically, an epoch should be used, but I really could care less. I'm done messing around with this. It will stay as is and will not be updated until it's fixed upstream.

Latest package (1.12.1-1) does not start anymore:

Thanks, that dependency edit worked for me too on Manjaro

Replacing 'mesa-utils' dependency with 'mesa-demos' fixed the dependency problem on my system (ArchLinux).

@yochananmarqos: Fair enough. Same, good to see you here!

yochananmarqos commented on 2021-11-30 02:19 (UTC)

@Zackptg5: No, this is the Arch User Repository, not the Manjaro User Repository. Using the AUR expects you to be up to date with Arch Stable. On Manjaro, that would translate to the Unstable branch.

Hmmm, I recognize your username from XDA. Greetings!

On manjaro, there's no mesa-utils but mesa-demos package has mesa-utils contents plus more. Changing the dependency worked for me, any chance you could change it?
