jovaha, Do you have pulseaudio installed and configured? Also check if /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-input-internal-mic.conf file is identical to /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-input-internal-mic.conf

Yes i followed the steps and the color profile got installed and works perfectly. I looked at the log the driver installer made and it seams that the mic fix got installed as well. but the problem is still there. In Ubuntu the mick work fine. I can post more detailed description somewhere else if this is not the right place. And again thank for packaging this for Arch and for helping. Your work is appreciated

Did you follow the post-install steps: To install ICC color profile and microphone fix (if applicable to your laptop model), execute System76 Driver application and click "Install Drivers". If the application won't start, you can manually start it: run following command as root: system76-driver

Thanks for bringing this to Arch. I am experiencing the mic problem. I followed the instructions but only the color profile got installed.

Updated to 13.04.11-1, now driver includes fix for microphone issue on Galago laptop. To apply it, just follow the steps, listed after package install done.

So i guess: optdepends=('pm-utils: To enable powersaving features') Should good enough.

@ava1ar: if you run the system76-driver it will install the power profile on the galago "Improve WiFi performance on Battery" (might just be the case with my choice of WiFi card)
