I was unable to build this package cause SSL certificate issus. Cloning into bare repository '/data/.makepkg/sources/topmenu-gtk'... fatal: unable to access 'https://git.javispedro.com/cgit/topmenu-gtk.git/': SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

For some reason this works with most GTK2 apps, but not with Thunar. Can anybody help? UPDATE: Thunar and Terminal had menu bars switched off. Just reenable the menu bars in GTK apps you want if you're having this issue and reload the session.

@hugao to my knowledge, there isn't. You should address this question to the upstream author.

Is there a way to change the color and to add some transparency? When there's no menus the plugin stays with the panel color, but when menus exists he becomes with the default XFCE color.

@kuluse from the homepage: You need to ensure the Gtk+ module topmenu-gtk-moduleis loaded. A simple way to do this is to create a .gtkrc-2.0 file in your $HOME with the following contents: gtk-modules = "canberra-gtk-module:topmenu-gtk-module" or put GTK_MODULES="topmenu-gtk-module:canberra-gtk-module" in your ~/.xprofile or ~/.xinitrc .

The plugin only works with firefox for me (not with thunar or any other program)

After the xfce4 update this plugin must be recompiled.
