Updated to 1.20.3 and made the package to always provide the current pkgver of xorg-server we are replacing.

This package provides xorg-server=1.20, but xf86-video-ati 1:18.0.1-2 conflicts due xorg-server<1.20.0. This can be resolved by change 'xorg-server=1.20' to 'xorg-server=1.20.0' at 'provides' in PKGBUILD.

Update to 1.20.0-6 postponed, since I don't yet know how to resolve this issue: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/58676

P.S. Seems to be fixed now, updated to 1.20.0-6

The latest update (to 1.20) breaks dependencies, and manual intervention is required:

Step 1: Remove xorg-server-bug865 and all packages depending on it. In my case: pacman -R xorg-server-bug865 hsetroot nvidia-utils lib32-nvidia-utils nvidia-dkms

Step 2: Upgrade all packages that xorg-server depends on: pacman -Syu

Step 3: Reinstall xorg-server and all packages depending on it. In my case: pacman -S xorg-server hsetroot nvidia-utils lib32-nvidia-utils nvidia-dkms

Step 4: At this point, you are using upstream xorg-server. Install the xorg-server-bug865 package from AUR as you would usually do.

It is a great patch. I am using Shift + Alt for keyboard layout switching, with this patch I am able to use other keyboard shortcuts such as Shift + Alt + 1. It works, but it also switches keyboard layout with any combo. Any workaround?
