Why do you name this package *-git, when it builds the stable release? I'd suggest to change this to a real git package and add this build with the new pkgname=linvstmanager

And why exactly is git a dependency here? I don't see why it would require it.

You have to tell cmake to install the binary to /usr/bin. Right now it installs to /usr/local/bin, which is the wrong path.
