Description and makedepends updated, thanks. I still can't get used to "linux" instead of "kernel26" :)

The xorg 1.11 support isn't even that great. Several artifacts in KDE apps. E: The description could be updated, by the way.

sbfreak: this package will only be updated to latest beta or latest stable that comes from latest beta series, eg. 285.something in this case. I know that it brings support for X ABI 1.11, but I believe the updates will be backported to 285 series as well soon.

@sbreak, seems like you got it all figured out.

<deleted-account> commented on 2011-09-09 16:32 (UTC)

@Det That would mean switching to beta when a new beta release shows up...

Det commented on 2011-09-09 12:55 (UTC)

@sbfreak, then use your stable version and be happy(...)

With no xorg 1.11 support I may add...

You don't 'have to' switch anything. And I think the latest stable release just backports some of the stuff already in nvidia-beta anyway, so this IS still the latest release feature-wise.

I know but I thought this package was always up to the latest release beta or no beta. This way users wouldn't have to switch between nvidia and nvidia-beta.
