Is there some additional step to adopting a package? I believe my ssh key etc is set up correctly. Thanks.

This now seems to require libfixposix to build.

Regarding 1.2.1: This is the git PKGBUILD so it tracks master and as such it should never be out of date (unless the PKGBUILD fails to build for some reason).
