I do not have such a file installed. Why? Where should it be?

ElMastro commented on 2019-06-22 16:54 (UTC)

OK, Now it works again. Only thing that can't manage to make work is OMOptim; I'm confident that this depend on CORBA

Xwang commented on 2019-06-22 16:34 (UTC)

It has created the package.

Xwang commented on 2019-06-22 16:13 (UTC)

It is building so the newer PKGBUILD works (before it gave the error during the prepare). You can upload to AUR, but remember to update the pkgversion number, please.

Try this, it should work https://pastebin.com/m320RzKp If it solves the problem, will be uploaded on AUR

@Xwang: how are you building the package? Are you using makepkg or something else? You could execute export LANG=C before building. This will result in English messages that more people can read here.

I have got the following error:

remote: Enumerating objects: 20, done. remote: Counting objects: 100% (20/20), done. remote: Compressing objects: 100% (20/20), done. remote: Total 252525 (delta 3), reused 3 (delta 0), pack-reused 252505 Ricezione degli oggetti: 100% (252525/252525), 188.87 MiB | 6.66 MiB/s, fatto. Risoluzione dei delta: 100% (195140/195140), fatto. * CLONING COMPLETED!!!!! ** fatal: Nessun URL trovato in .gitmodules per il percorso del sottomodulo 'OMCompiler/3rdParty' ==> ERRORE: Si è verificato un errore in prepare(). L'operazione sta per essere interrotta... :: Unable to build openmodelica-git - makepkg exited with code: 4

It seems related to the sed command in line 24 of PKGBUILD that creatse this .gitmodules file:

[submodule "OMOptim"] path = OMOptim url = https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMOptim.git [submodule "libraries"] path = libraries url = https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMLibraries.git [submodule "OMSimulator"] path = OMSimulator url = https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMSimulator.git [submodule "OMCompilhttps://github.com/OpenModelica/3rdParty"] path = OMCompilhttps://github.com/OpenModelica/3rdParty url = https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMCompiler-3rdParty

starting from this one:

[submodule "OMOptim"] path = OMOptim url = ../OMOptim.git [submodule "libraries"] path = libraries url = ../OMLibraries.git [submodule "OMSimulator"] path = OMSimulator url = ../OMSimulator.git [submodule "OMCompiler/3rdParty"] path = OMCompiler/3rdParty url = ../OMCompiler-3rdParty

You're welcome. Talking to the users give me feedback about how the PKGBUILD works.

Shame on me. I am sorry, I did not think of the multilib repository. I thought, support for i386 was dropped completely even the 32bit libraries. Obviously only the main support was dropped, the compatibility layer is still functional.
