I'm not sure where you got the "in the near future" from it (but maybe me reading comprehension sucks), but if nobody else volunteers, I might as well do it since I have no plans to stop using palemoon at the moment. So I would need some AUR package anyway.

PSA: Looks like palemoon will be switching to gtk3 in the near future[1]. I have no intention of continuing to maintain this package once that happens. As such, if there is anyone who wants to step up as a co-maintainer, with the intention of taking over as full maintainer when gtk3 becomes default, please let me know in the comments or drop me an email. Hello, I have multples errors : error: unable to write file xulrunner/tools/redit/redit.cpp error: unable to write file ... etc ... ==> ERREUR : Échec lors de la création d’une copie de travail du dépot Pale-Moon git Abandon... ==> ERREUR : Makepkg n'a pas pu construire palemoon. thanks

Fair enough. I still wasn't able to reproduce the build failure with the extra packages. It's possible that you have a different version of java than the one I tried building with (openjdk 7), but java doesn't appear to be used during the build process anyway. The only thing that sticks out in a comparison of my logs and yours, is that I get a lot more warnings about there being no preprocessor directives. Have you modified your CPPFLAGS at all?

Yes I know :) I've got a VM for playing, it was easier to run it there :) and it did build succesfully. I'm kinda confused. Will look in to my system a bit later.

I'm just trying in a clean archlinux VM installation. Takes a lot of time, I'll post the results. I had a success at some point with palemoon-git ( after more than couple failed builds ), but its wont build anymore again.

Cheers. Looking at your log, the only differences I can see are that you have doxygen, libxss, gconf, java and wget installed. Did you try building in a clean chroot as well, did that succeed? I'll see if I can reproduce the build failure and narrow down the culprit.
