Yeah it works exactly the same with box64, this is until a native Arm64 version is made
yes but the issue was it was installing box64 for x64 users even if it was a Arm64 dependency only which is why I made I made the recent changes to make sure it does it correctly

Is it even correct to claim it is compatible with aarch64 if it requires box64? I have never seen any package do this.
Also pacman wrappers like yay have an option to ignore unsupported architectures.
It's nice to be able to install such packages anyway but there should be a clear way to know that it's not actually a native package. Again, would be possible by setting pacman/yay/makepkg to just ignore the architecture, so the user would be made aware it's not native.

Hey @cammera only arm64 requires this as this only natively supports x86_64
depends_aarch64=('box64')

...why does this require box64 in a desktop computer?

Hey chungy thanks for informing me, I am applying the changes now! :D

Please, don't use conditional branching to make architecture specific changes. Use _aarch64 suffixes where necessary:

@gameslayer go ahead.
I've been too occupied with work so my bad for the lack of updates.

Hey @luluco250 mind if I take over maintaining the package? I can also update the package and would love to add Arm64 support to the package
