When reporting this package as outdated make sure there is indeed a new version for Linux Desktop. You can have a look at the "Stable updates" tag in Release blog for this.

You can also run this command to obtain the version string for the latest chrome version:

$ curl -sSf https://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/dists/stable/main/binary-amd64/Packages | \
     grep -A1 "Package: google-chrome-stable" | \
     awk '/Version/{print $2}' | \
     cut -d '-' -f1

Do not report updates for ChromeOS, Android or other platforms stable versions as updates here.

Since few days back, I no longer have ability to type non-english letters in Chrome (and only in Chrome). I mean letters like ą, ę, ć, ź etc. What could be causing that?

Fonts and icons seem to be changed (smaller/larger/reverted to default) in Chrome 35 compared to Chrome 34. https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=375824 Folks who value their font size or icons shouldn't update.

Well, I did it for you: http://pastebin.com/JmnxEEGN Anyway, I see nothing wrong with your system, so it's either got something to do with your specific configuration or Antergos in general. Either way, I just can't help you.
