Could you please add nvidia-utils-beta>=${pkgver} in the depends field instead of '='. I am getting this error while updating from the previous version: error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: nvidia-beta: requires nvidia-utils-beta=260.19.06

Updated to 260.19.12

Forgot the "|| return 1"'s that pacman>=3.4 doesn't need since it interrupts the build when encountering errors anyway. Did this on the PKGBUILD I linked but seems you went the other way around. That's fine too 'course.

Thanks for enlightening me, Det! I fixed the other nvidia packages too and I'll take a look on my other packages too.

Btw. noticed your PKGBUILD required some cleaning, e.g. all the i686/x86_64 stuff can be put in one line (of course, if you applied this change ngoone would have to come up with his own solution as he got two md5sum 'items'), "replaces" shouldn't be used unless a package was renamed from 'foo' to 'poo' and it still provided the same stuff, there were empty lines in the beginning/end of the build/package functions, "startdir/pkg" should be replaced with "$pkgdir" and finally it's a good practice to use quotes (") around variable paths ("$srcdir"/"$pkgdir") in case the path contains spaces. Here's what I'm talking about (nothing, of course, here effects the final package so there's no need to bump the pkgrel): http://aur.pastebin.com/qBzFFciX

@ProgDan, my joke was obviously not so obvious.
