orifman: The same happens to me when I have HW acceleration enabled in Palemoon. As soon as I disable the HW acceleration, Palemoon runs fine. Using nVidia binary drivers, tried both stable and beta releases.
Also happens with the palemoon-bin and palemoon-beta versions, but HW acceleration doesn't cause any problems with latest Firefox.
It throws this error message before crashing:
X_GLXVendorPrivate: GLXBadPixmap
If I remember correctly, there was similar issue with Firefox some time ago. Something to do with nVidia changing certain OpenGL definitions or something.

compile and installation went fine. but when i load up palemoon, after about 10 - 20 seconds it crashes with a segmentation fault.

The source package is tricky to compile. I didn't succeed yet. On the palemoon forum my question is waiting for moderation.... So these are the reasons.
But if you take this source

and existing PKGBUILD you can try to compile it yourself.
