qark: I'll do the same w/ all the *arr packages that I did w/ jackett. When someone shows up who can replicate their build process in the PKGBUILD, I'll turn the name package into source based like it should be and either create a name-bin version or not bother w/ one at all. Until then, it isn't worth the churn.

Are you interested in doing that? Sonarr, Radarr, Readarr and Whisparr could all use the treatment too and the process is probably similar enough that if someone figures out one, my dumbass could replicate it across the rest.

@anonfunc is right. This package uses pre-built binaries but doesn't have -bin suffix.

Could you fix this issue? Proper way is to build from source tarball. Alternatively you can rename it to prowlarr-bin.

There is no mono bundled here. Prowlarr is built using .NET Core - where it ships all .NET dependencies needed by project with it. Just like Radarr does.

Why is mono bundled? This package takes 200mb while sonarr depends on mono and only takes up 33mb. Can mono be unbundled?

I must have goofed something up, thanks!

prowlarr.develop.0.1.8.1231.linux-core-x64.tar.gz file is not found instead it downloads 64-byte json that is invalid .tar.gz file. And checksum for some reason matches it?? It is very suspicous that all sha512sums_x86_64, sha512sums_aarch64 and sha512sums_armv7h matches to exact same value.

This should be called prowlarr-bin, similar to sonarr(-bin).
