@tom, you've got the wrong version of java as default. This package lists java-runtime=11 as a runtime dependency and you've got java8 as default. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Java#Switching_between_JVM

repo1 mirror in build process is down. repo2 however works. But i have no idea in which file i might chage this.
