I also got the same error here. On a laptop with optimus (intel+nvidia)

After a short lookup found exactly the same errors in this ticket: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wlroots/wlroots/-/issues/3377

Any ideas?

Which one of the three possible repo choices have you installed? mesa, mesa-amber oder nvidia-utils?
Got a package with mesa and mesa-amber, so I suspect it is related to nvidia-utils (what a surprise). Couldn't test that as of now, because apparantly my ISP/router wants to be stupid and takes hours for the 200MB package to download.

I am unable to build this. I get a cascade of compile errors, such as:

FAILED: examples/dmabuf-capture.p/dmabuf-capture.c.o

../wlroots-0.15.1/examples/dmabuf-capture.c:389:35: error: request for member ‘time_base’ in something not a structure or union

plus another 30 or so in the cascade.
