I don't follow how this package can provide blas when it doesn't install a IMO, the correct fix is to stop openblas from providing blas and let a separate package blas-openblas and blas-blis actually install the symlinks.

Fails to build if makepkg.conf OPTIONS=(lto) is enabled. Quick fix:

does not set "providing blas", therefore any package requiring blas will install the latter as well, overwriting the shared symbolic links
