Download the above Tarball, and get the .install file from there.

error with cinnamon-settings what is causing this and i hope it gets fixed i can't change themes at all without it afaik

I got the same error as mrmylanmans and I confirm by issuing "sudo ln -s /usr/lib/gnome-bluetooth/libgnome-bluetooth-applet.so.0.0.0 /usr/lib/libgnome-bluetooth-applet.so.0" the error would be gone. @chenxiaolong: I did what you said but it didn't work out.
