The patch hangs the makepkg for me, prompting for input. ==> Starting build... wooa!!! Thanx. Second time it built and it works beautifully. @mininessie: Download the tarball. Untar it with 'tar xzvf cinnamon-git.tar.gz' and 'cd cinnamon-git' and delete the PKGBUILD ('rm PKGBUILD') and make a new PKGBUILD -- I did 'nano PKGBUILD' and then cp and paste the text from http://aur.pastebin.com/JsAAF0GA and save (ctrl+x;enter). Then run 'makepkg PKGBUILD' and become root or sudo and install the package with 'pacman -U cinnamon-git-20120424-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz'

but do you know a work around for this because it may have to do with gnome-utils and the dite and date stuff not sure though and maybe dbus but i maybe just blowing smoke out my butt but we really need this fixed
