This line chmod +x $pkgdir/opt/ums/UMS.sh \ $pkgdir/opt/ums/tsMuxeR Changed in last release. You should add "linux" to the path. It should be chmod +x $pkgdir/opt/ums/UMS.sh \ $pkgdir/opt/ums/linux/tsMuxeR

This line: $pkgdir/opt/ums/linux/tsMuxeR Changed in last release. You should remove "linux" from the path. tsMuxer is in ums parent dir. Regards and thanks for the pkg.
