Removed https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/30057 patch now that it's merged.

Can this package be updated to build with llvm-libs 18 instead of 17? It's been updated and is causing build errors

Building is failing in clean chroot. Don't know but I think llvm was updated along with ldd and some other things that may be affecting the build.
