Since I upgraded to gnome 3.12, there is something wrong with this firefox icon/link. In the all applications section (click Activities, then click on the multi-dot square Show Applications at the bottom), there are 2 firefox icons: Firefox Beta and Firefox Beta - Safe Mode. I start the Firefox Beta application but the icon in the left panel (the one you see when clicking Activites) is Firefox Beta - Safe Mode. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Firefox 29 just went stable, so it might be a good idea to update Beta.

Candidates Releases are more stable than beta and less than full stable versions. The Firefox Cicle is Beta1-> Beta2->...->RC1->RC2...->Stable I believe it's a good idea to provide the RC too.

Candidates are not stable builds yet, right? I'm updating this package through the releases folder and right now there is no new version.

Thanks Anarconda. I figured it was something stupid I missed...

You need to look for candidates: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/29.0-candidates/build1/
