Mesa commit b52e25d3 breaks intel iris & anv build UNLESS OpenCL support is present.

Incase you don't need those drivers, a temporary workaround is to disable them.

lib32-mesa-minimal-git is also affected.

Users of this package are supposed to (re)build lib32-mesa-git everytime mesa-git changes to avoid such issues.

I'm certain I have stated that in the past, but it may have been lost in the older pages of comments.

This package now uses an environment variable to determine which llvm package it will be built against. Check PKGBUILD for details.

'lib32-mesa-git/src/fakeinstall/usr/lib32/gallium-pipe’: No such file or directory As I said earlier, it's currently only used by OpenCL library and OpenCL library is not built in 32 bit package so there are no pipes at all. Master doesn't even have the GalliumNine merged yet.

Brett commented on 2014-10-24 19:02 (UTC)

I formally rescind my request regarding this package.

Brett commented on 2014-10-24 01:09 (UTC)

Gallium-pipe is used by the DirectX9 gallium statetracker with Wine when WINEARCH=win32, which is a common use case. The pipe_*.so are part of the 32-bit 3D rendering pipeline.

Krejzi commented on 2014-10-23 13:36 (UTC)

What do you need gallium-pipe for? I was told that it's only needed for OpenCL nowadays and this package doesn't build the 32 bit OCL-ICD library at all.

Brett commented on 2014-10-19 19:31 (UTC)

Hello, in the package_lib32_mesa-git() block, there's a line that reads rm -rf "${srcdir}/fakeinstall/usr/include" "${srcdir}/fakeinstall/usr/lib32/gallium-pipe" This prevents some of the 32-bit gallium-pipe rendering drivers from being installed. Please comment out the second half of that line so that the gallium-pipe/ folder isn't clobbered.

Hi, could we change line 72 to use "mkdir -p" so that the build doesn't fail if src/fakeinstall already exists? This is also what the mesa-git package does.

Thanks avengerf12. I need it.

Currently this package doesn't work, so here is a fixed PKGBUILD if someone needs it. http://pastebin.com/j8KTGrUk

Something is wrong i guess checking for RADEON... yes checking for RADEON... yes checking for NOUVEAU... yes checking for mincore... yes configure: error: gbm_gallium is only used by egl_gallium I can't build it.
