If you want this package to have .desktop file support, you should put --enable-drun in the configure options.

@halocaridina in that case it's a i3 bug. i3 claims to support EWMH for more than a year now.

Unlike the package in the main repo, this one doesn't compile with support for i3. This impacts the window switching functionality. Can this be fixed?

@humblehound: Mostly the missing git submodule handling should cause this. See https://gist.github.com/Narrat/8229caaa11efec244a24 for a modified PKGBUILD or a diff with some changes. Dunno if complete

Hi, I just tried building latest version and makepkg has failed at ./configure: line 4891: syntax error near unexpected token 'xcb-aux' @TrialinError or @bchretien, could you please guide me towards a possible solution to this? Thanks

Hi Upstream merged a big PR which changed rofi significantly. Buildwise it needs to be checked if the deps still are all right and if it's necessary to update the prepare function with git submodule init git submodule update as the repo now includes a submodule.

startup-notification is a required dep. fails install without, During the configure stage.
