I uploaded this package because here https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/21942 it is being discussed to be removed from [extra]. In case that won't happen, any TU may feel free to remove it. To all the users, you need to manually remove ttf-ms-fonts with pacman -Rcns ttf-ms-fonts (I always use -Rcns, use what you prefer), otherwise it won't work.
