@SoftExpert, 470.256.02-7.95 builds fine and works fine on 6.13.1-arch1-1 and lts-6.12.12-1. I'm running Zbook G2 with GK106GLM [Quadro K2100M]

I have added the patch in the package definition; since I do not have access to my old machine with the Nvidia card, I could not test it. I left the version of the package as 470.256.02-7.95; If you are able to build it on your side and can confirm that it behaves, I will push another update to set a proper version number.

What about this? Tentative fix for NVIDIA 470.256.02 driver for Linux 6.13-rc1
@SpikoPath: this version of the drivers has reached end of life. Kernel 6.12, which is LTS, is the last one to benefit from a patch. Stay with kernel 6.12 or change your hardware, there is nothig else to be done.
